A site near the start is available to you to set up your paddocks, 200m from the start and the catering area, card room, etc. Vehicles, trucks, motorhomes can be parked on the site where the paddocks are located.
Meals will be taken at the Bistrot de la Mercière, the venue hosting the event. Are taken in common and included in the registration price, the meals of Friday evening, Saturday evening. The other meals are taken on the course. The restaurant is open from Thursday to Sunday for those who wish to have other meals on site.
Appointment with your horse in the courtyard of the brewery on Friday at 5 p.m. for the veterinary check.
We will continue in the early evening, around 7:30 p.m. with a meal taken together at the brasserie restaurant.
Then comes the time for the card room. Open from 9:30 p.m., after dinner. We will give you “mother” maps, with the route to follow that you will have to copy as precisely as possible on blank ign maps that we will also provide to you.
And that’s it, The start is given on Saturday November 11, 2023, at midnight. You leave every 6 minutes according to an established schedule. The last departures between 2h and 2h30.
